A person should consume a minimum of 6 liters of water every day. One should eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Especially green vegetables! They are very good for your health.
Once you have taken care of your diet, the next thing to do is get fresh air and Exercise! Go out, grab your pair of jogging shoes and go for a jog. Or else if you don’t want to bore yourself out by simply walking and jogging around the blocks, then get a ball and hit the basket ball court or you can even go for swimming classes. Girls can sign up for the aerobics classes or any other sports classes. A good outdoor game for one hour everyday will work wonders on you! And what’s more?!
